Air Doc Manual

You can download th Mac App here for free:

To transfer files, no configuration is needed. However - some conditions must be met for your devices to find each other.

- Air Doc must be running on your Mac

- Air Doc Pro or Air Doc must be running on your iPhone or iPad

- Your Mac and your iPad or iPhone must be on the same network. This usually means, both have to be connected to the same router.

- Firewalls can block necessary network ports. Some public networks (like in some libraries) are blocking those ports.

If all of those conditions are met, your Mac and your iPhone or iPad should find each other with no other configuration. You may need to confirm the connection on your iPad or iPhone to start sending or receiving files.
